My sessions are shaped by three core values that underpin all my in-person work in Cambridge:
Empathy involves creating a space where you feel truly heard and understood, without judgment.
For relationship clients, it’s about making sure everyone feels safe to speak, even when things get tough. In one-on-one work, it’s feeling that you don’t have to carry everything alone.
I listen not just to your words, but to the feelings and needs underneath them, and help hold space for the emotions that feel overwhelming.
Insight helps us being to understand what’s really going on beneath the surface.
Where two people are working together, it might be spotting the patterns that turn small moments into familiar conflicts. For individuals, it’s often about connecting past experiences to present challenges.
Insight gives us some clarity, the “why” behind what’s happening.
Change begins when insight leads to new understanding.
For two people working together, it might mean learning how to actively communicate differently or how to reconnect. Sometimes it’s about making informed decisions, whether to rebuild through change or to part ways, and carrying those important learnings forward. For individuals, it could be letting go of old patterns or building new tools to face challenges.
Change isn’t always quick or easy, but it can be deeply meaningful and lasting.
These values of empathy, insight, and change are the foundation of every session. They help us move toward feeling understood, with a deeper understanding of ourselves and others, and through creating the kind of life or relationships you want to live in.
