I offer a free 30-minute introductory session where we can explore whether my approach and expertise are a good fit for you, and whether we feel we can work together effectively on your concerns.
After this initial meeting, which is usually in-person, we can discuss a session plan, including frequency and timing. Once our work is underway, I mainly work in-person because I believe this is the best way for clients to make progress. Sometimes periods of online work are also helpful.

An 8 minute walk from Cambridge central station.
Free parking behind the practice, come in through the narrow drive at the side of the building.
Fees:​​​

Standard sessions are 50 mins.
​​
- Individual: £80
- Couple or Relationships: £90
- Student and under 25 years old: deduct £20
- To cover room hire, for in-person: add £10
Longer sessions can be more effective for some clients and fees charged accordingly.​
