Therapeutic Approach
My core training and the cornerstone of my work is in Psychodynamic therapy, which explores how early caregiving relationships shape current unconscious emotional and behavioural experiences, particularly in close relationships and friendships.
We each have unique patterns of relating and coping learned in childhood, and we bring these aspects to our adult relationships, often in an unconscious way.
As an integrative therapist, I draw on a wide range of counselling and psychotherapy approaches, including:

-
Narrative therapy & family systems therapy
-
Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) & solution-focused therapy
-
Person-centred & existential therapy
-
Transactional analysis, object relations, and attachment theory

This flexibility allows me to tailor our work to your unique situation and needs.
